This is a full-time postition working standard business hours (8:00am-4;30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday).
The Annual Fund Manager is responsible for:
The identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors to support the mission of Saint Therese; increase donor retention, broaden the donor base, and increase the average size of donations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Five or more years applicable advancement and fundraising in a corporate setting or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. Experience working in a non-profit organization is required.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong project management skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing appeal letters.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, and problem solve.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style and proven ability to work with fundraising staff and volunteers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to think strategically and is goal oriented.

- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000/annually depending on experience.
