T&R Properties is seeking a hardworking, dedicated Maintenance Service Supervisor that will be responsible for maintaining our apartment communities. The right candidates will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately, and completely.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience
- One year of supervisory experience required
- Expertise in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work
- HVAC certification
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have own hand tools
- Passing a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
