Key Management is actively seeking highly motivated, reliable, and self-starting individuals eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with the Property Manager and residents to identify and resolve maintenance issues within their residences.
- Maintaining accurate inventory control while adhering to the established operating budget.
- Preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing necessary repairs and renovations.
- Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the property's exterior and amenities.
- Performing repairs on plumbing and HVAC systems as required.
- Executing drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Demonstrating adaptability to changes in workflow while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Providing assistance to other properties as needed.
- Exhibiting exceptional time management skills.
- Participating in an emergency on-call rotation.
