HIRING: Apprentice Public Adjuster – Westlake Village (In-Office Only)

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bright, quick-witted, detail-oriented individual
- Math and computer whiz – Excel, PDFs, CRM tools – we move fast
- Tenacious with follow-through and zero tolerance for dropped balls
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural communicator
- Must have reliable transportation (you will occasionally visit job sites)
- No criminal record or felonies
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- No degree required, but you must have a history of achievement—in life, in work, in school, somewhere
- Insurance experience is a plus, not a must
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shadow and directly assist the Managing Director (that’s me) on day-to-day operations
- Help manage and track high-value claims
- Learn how to build and document claims from the ground up
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance companies
- Review estimates, scopes, policy limits, and perform financial calculations
- Help supervise other team members' claims once trained

Location & Hours:
- Based in Westlake Village, CA
- Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM
- Some weekend or after-hours work may be required based on client needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
