We are an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with offices in Vernon Hills and Lake Zurich. We are looking for a bilingual Spanish speaking dental receptionist to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and bill medical and dental insurance. Experience in dental or medical billing preferred. We currently have 4 full-time receptionists/billing coordinators and are looking to add a 5th. The typical work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am to 5:30pm. Some of the benefits include quarterly bonuses, paid holidays, 401K, and health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical and dental insurance benefits
- Handle billing and accounts receivables
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Monitor stock and order office supplies
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
