The Arizona Fall League is seeking a Social Content Creator for the upcoming 2024 season (Mid-August through the end of November). The Social Content Creator is responsible for creating and posting engaging social and video content across platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, You Tube, TikTok, and Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Produce and design daily graphics for all AFL social platforms
- Create video edits (recaps, highlight reels, hype videos, recurring edits) for social channels
- Execute Real-time video edits and GIF cutting during games
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while creating high quality content
- Be part of conversations for recurring projects
- Stay current on design and social trends
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience creating social content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok
- Ability to shoot and edit photos/videos
- Ability to create fun/authentic “off the field” content with players
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design tools
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to develop and execute creative ideas
- Previous social media experience with an MLB or MiLB organization a plus
Compensation
- Bi-weekly stipend
- Travel/housing allowance for out of state hires
- Hires are responsible for securing housing and transportation
Pay Rate: $1,500 Bi-weekly
