As Assistant Branch Manager (Branch Champion) you will assist the Branch Manager in conducting the day-to-day operations of the branch ensuring compliance. Under the direction of the Branch Leader, you will provide leadership, direction, and training to all branch staff contributing to the branch achieving sales, service, financial performance and goals.
While some of your time will be spent coaching and mentoring staff to successful performance, you may also find yourself on the teller line, providing service and working with our members on providing products to meet their needs. You’ll also be involved in ensuring internal compliance on policies and procedures.
