We are currently looking for an experienced hospitality professional to become our Assistant F&B Manager to make an impact with a top performing team!
The Assistant F&B Manager will make an impact in the following areas:
- Interact positively with guests promoting Coastal Kitchen & Bar facilities, Executive Lounge, In-Room Dining and related services
- Ensure quality food & beverage standards working closely with our Director of F&B Outlets & Executive Chef
- Move throughout dining area to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met for consistency
- Develop and implement sales enhancing measures and exceed guest satisfaction goals
- Support, coach and guide team members in the F&B Outlets operation, assist with weekly scheduling
- Utilize Point of Sales system to properly capture orders and assist team members with Point of Sale system as needed
- Assist the F&B department with following established guidelines, delivering proper sequence of service and creating memorable guest service experiences
The Assistant F&B Manager role requires availability to work both the AM shifts and PM shifts. AM shifts begin at 7am concludes approximately at 3pm and PM shifts begin at 3pm and conclude approximately at 11pm. Weekend availability is required for all F&B team members.
