What are are looking for:
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager and upper management and a key player in ensuring day-to-day success. You'll lead by example, empower staff, and keep the guest experience front and center.
- Support and lead daily hotel operations across all departments
- Drive guest satisfaction and ensure high service standards
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning
- Step up to oversee the property in the absence of the GM
- Get involved in strategic decisions that shape the future of the hotel
Experience:
- 2+ years in a hotel leadership or supervisory role (AGM or department head preferred)
- A proactive problem-solver with a guest-first mindset
- Experienced in front desk, housekeeping, or operations
- Hands on ready to assist the team!
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ready for growth and open to future GM opportunities
