Classic Home Furniture, a trusted local business with over 35 years of experience, is looking for a professional and dependable Assistant Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations and assist the Office Manager
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phones with excellent etiquette and direct calls appropriately
- Provide sales support and basic customer service
- Maintain a clean and professional front office environment
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and light bookkeeping
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience required
- Sales training or experience preferred
- Furniture background is a strong plus
- Must be available to work weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
