Centurion Residential is seeking an experienced and resident-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Property Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service for our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new move-ins and annual re-certifications for PBV and market units
- Ensure compliance with HUD, PBV, and ARHA regulations (Yardi experience a plus)
- Respond to resident concerns and assist with resolving issues promptly
- Manage rent collection, notices, and delinquency tracking
- Maintain accurate records of resident files, income documentation, and leasing activity
- Support the Property Manager with inspections, vendor coordination, and reporting
- Assist in coordinating community events and resident engagement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of affordable or multifamily property management experience
- Strong knowledge of HUD programs, PBV leasing, or LIHTC (preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar software preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment
