JOB DESCRIPTION:
A leading law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience, ideally focused on insurance-related matters such as coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith claims. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with first- and third-party claims, depositions, dispositive motions, and court appearances in both state and federal courts. Strong research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Experience with coverage opinions and EUOs is a plus.
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice in Colorado
- 3+ years litigation experience (insurance-related preferred)
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Tech-savvy, collaborative, and able to manage a fast-paced workload

Pay: $98,509.01 - $185,000.00 per year
