Join a Premier Trial Firm — Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation Defense)
Location: Hybrid | Pasadena, CA 91103
Salary: $135,000 – $200,000 DOE + Full Benefits
Wesierski & Zurek LLP, a highly respected trial firm based in Pasadena, is seeking a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney with experience in civil litigation defense to join our growing team.
If you're passionate about trial work and eager to gain real courtroom experience, this is your opportunity. Our attorneys are known for their advocacy and skill across a broad spectrum of civil defense matters, including representing businesses and municipalities. We’re looking for someone who wants to be in court — not just push papers.
What You'll Do
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle all phases of litigation from pre-trial to resolution
- Draft and argue motions
- Engage in settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in court and work directly with them on case strategy
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation defense
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- A proactive, trial-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and client management skills
