This employee oversees the collection process for multiple locations and manages Regional Reimbursement Managers.
- Ensures revenues recognized for those regions are accurate and at full potential
- Works with payors in area to ensure contracts are being followed
- Identifies potential billing efficiencies and automations
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Runs A/R reports, approves adjustments, and reviews national revenue reports
- Works with regional leadership and managers on their departments and addresses issues on books as well as staffing issues as they apply
- Oversees the billing cycle, including invoice generation, distribution, and tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Analyzes billing and collections data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance revenue generation
- Delivers directives from the Corporate office as they apply
- Identifies areas that need to be reworked or addressed
- Follows up with managers/regional leadership on specific items previously identified
- Communicates with internal and external clients regarding processing invoices, resolving complex billing issues and status of invoices
- Works with stakeholders to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure proper documentation
- Encourages and maintains productive inter-departmental relationships through collaborative communication and leadership
- Reviews all organizational revenue reports to ensure proper revenues are being recognized for each region and department
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Work Experience
- 1-3 years managerial experience Required
- 2 years related experience in accounting, finance, or other related field Required
