Your Mission

➠ • Mentorship & Collaboration – Contribute to a culture of growth by guiding junior attorneys and collaborating with senior partners.
➠ • Strategic Thought Leadership – Position yourself and the firm as trusted advisors on legal issues that define industries and shape precedent.
What You Bring
➠ • J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to the New York State Bar.
➠ • 8–15+ years of progressive law firm experience, with demonstrated excellence in a core practice area (e.g., corporate, litigation, M&A, real estate, employment law).
➠ • Strong track record of delivering results for clients in complex, high-value matters.
➠ • Emerging or established client relationships / book of business that demonstrate business development potential.
➠ • Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills.
➠ • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to step into firm leadership.
Compensation & Total Rewards Package
FleetHire LLC is representing a client offering a highly competitive package designed to attract ambitious future partners:
➠ • Base Salary: $220,000 – $325,000 annually (depending on experience and business development portfolio)
