About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help scale our partner GTM efforts across our biggest markets. You'll take ownership of the regional co-marketing strategy, including partner onboarding, content creation, Partner experience and our external presence. Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead, you'll work closely with Partner teams and B2B Marketing channel leads to ensure our partners are empowered to drive business growth, and deliver valued customer outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Canva’s growth through the partner ecosystem.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
Develop and manage GTM plans with high-priority partners in the US and EMEA
Lead co-marketing campaigns including joint webinars and events
Own marketing contribution to partner onboarding including Allbound content
Create foundational and co-branded content (e.g., pitch decks, blogs, landing pages)
Build scalable playbooks and repeatable programs
Manage partner activations at Canva’s major events
Track and report on the pipeline and revenue impact of Partner Marketing
You're probably a match if:
You're a strategic thinker willing roll up their sleeves. You know how to bring partners into the marketing fold—balancing creativity with operational rigor. You excel in building programs that scale and aren’t afraid to push back to stay focused on high-impact work. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love partnering cross-functionally to drive results.
5+ years in B2B, partner, or integrated campaign marketing
Proven success in channel or co-marketing program execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Strong content instincts with an eye for scale and partner needs
Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with Canva usage for work purposes is highly desirable
About the Team:
The B2B Marketing team at Canva are rapidly growing in the Enterprise space. Partner Marketing plays a pivotal role in scaling Canva’s reach through an ecosystem of resellers, agencies, integration, and strategic partners. This team collaborates cross-functionally across Sales and Success, Product Marketing, and Content to drive pipeline and amplify Canva’s brand through partner-driven activities.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience, and our overall assessment of what we observed and learned in the hiring process. The salary range for this position is $156,000 - 202,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
