Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
• Ensure all food production meets quality standards and is presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Package baked goods for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation or baking within a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen safety practices.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
