Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked goods.
Skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques with a solid understanding of culinary principles.
- Experience in cake decorating and pastry creation is highly desirable.
