Food Runner/Bar Back/Busser.
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic team member to join our front-of-house staff. As a Food Runner/Bar Back/Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting with food delivery, bar support, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it accurately and promptly to the dining tables.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed.
- Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Assist bartenders with restocking and maintaining bar supplies.
- Help with glassware and ice preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Clear tables, reset them with tableware and linens.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist servers with bussing tables and delivering food.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry trays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
- Previous experience as a food runner, busser, or bar back is preferred, but not required.
