Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender for a new restaurant opening. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. \
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, processing payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report shortages to management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
