Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink and food orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus, enhancing your ability to support special events.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe drinking environment.
