At Lotus, we’re passionate about quality, community, and craft. As a bar-focused restaurant, our bar is central to the guest experience, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated bartender who is ready to take on additional responsibilities beyond the bar rail.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the bar but is also eager to support the broader operations of the restaurant—whether through training teammates, helping with inventory, or maintaining high standards in service and cleanliness. We’re seeking a team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow into a leadership role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Bartending & Guest Service
- Craft high-quality beverages with consistency and care, including beer, cocktails, and NA offerings.
- Provide an engaging and memorable experience to every guest.
- Stay knowledgeable about our brewery offerings and seasonal beverage features.
- Foster positive relationships with regulars and first-time visitors alike.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area.
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead by example and help promote a fun, collaborative environment.
- Support in coaching and training new bartenders and service team members.
- Help ensure that opening and closing duties are completed to standard.
- Encourage accountability and professionalism across the bar team.
Operations & Organization
- Assist with basic inventory and ordering tasks as needed.
- Help implement and uphold weekly cleaning schedules.
- Participate in creating new and seasonal cocktail features.
- Communicate effectively with management about any operational or guest concerns.
- Contribute to pre-shift meetings and help keep the team informed on new offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Bartending experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and/or cocktail preparation.
- A proactive, team-first mindset with an eye for detail.
- Dependable and organized, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Interest in taking on leadership responsibilities and growing within the team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
