Job Summary
As the Live-In Manager of 1896 O'Malley House, you will take the lead in creating an outstanding guest experience. This position requires living on-site with all expenses covered, making you an integral part of the property. From cooking and serving breakfast to maintaining the day-to-day operations, you will be instrumental in preserving the historic charm and hospitality that define our bed and breakfast.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Prepare and serve breakfast for guests, adding a personal touch to their mornings.
- Manage budgets, financial records, and vendor relationships.
- Uphold the charm and authenticity of the historic property while looking for ways to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the property. Ensuring everything is in excellent condition.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in boutique hotels or bed and breakfast settings.
- A passion for cooking and serving guests, with some experience in meal preparation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and address challenges with professionalism and poise.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
