Now Hiring: Full-Time Beertender at Homeland Brew Co.
Location: Anthem, AZ
We’re on the hunt for a qualified, full-time Beertender to join our team at Homeland Brew Co., a brand-new craft beer taproom in the heart of Anthem. If you’re passionate about craft beer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable customer experiences, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Serve beer, cider, seltzer, and wine with knowledge and personality
- Educate guests on our rotating tap list and recommend styles they’ll love
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area
- Handle POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Represent the Homeland brand with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- 21+ with full legal right to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience working behind a bar or in a taproom (craft beer knowledge is a must)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift kegs, stand for long periods, and hustle during peak hours
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Current or willing-to-obtain Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification
Bonus Points If You:
- Are a certified Cicerone or have advanced beer training
- Love talking beer and turning first-time guests into regulars
- Have a soft spot for dogs, music, and community vibes
