Overview
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at an apartment community located in Fort Worth, TX!
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, organized, and able to work with the team! Experience with Housing, Section 8 and other programs
Spanish speaking is a plus !!!
B RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collect, deposit and post rental and other income
- Market the community and perform leasing activities as needed
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Daily Property Walk, Unit Walks
- Leak Audits with Maintenance
- Perform Quarterly Lease Audits
- Property management leadership experience
- Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining the advantages of location and services, and showing units.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Qualifications / Skills / Job Requirements:
- Motivation for sales.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Must be familiar with eviction filing process.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Must have presentation skills.
- Professionalism.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must have a working Android or IOS (Apple) cell phone with a data plan and the capability to make and receive voice calls, text messages, and install employer-required apps.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
