Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to assess their vehicle needs.
Utilize social media platforms like Facebook and Marketplace to generate leads and sales appointments.
Close sales by applying strong negotiation skills and product knowledge.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients throughout the buying process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work independently without supervision while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a MUST.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an automobile dealership environment.
Tech-savvy: Proficient with social media platforms, including posting on Facebook and Marketplace for marketing purposes.
Proven ability to generate leads, schedule appointments, and close sales effectively.
Strong self-motivation skills; capable of managing time efficiently without direct oversight.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a team.
