Front Desk Assistant
We are a friendly and fast-paced dental practice seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join our team! If you're personable, organized, and passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Patients
- Checking In/ Out Patients
- Answering phone calls
- Collecting Payment
- Schedule appointments
- Help clean front area clean and tidy
- Taking and processing dental insurance
- Update patient medical records
- Adhering to HIPAA standards and confidentiality
- Work with dental assistants and doctors to insure a happy dental visit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
