About Therapy Works Counseling Services
Therapy Works Counseling Services, PLLC was founded by Ana Marcela Rodriguez in 2017 after recognizing the need for bilingual-Spanish speaking counseling services. Since 2017 Therapy Works has expanded into the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex providing services to the Hispanic/Latino community. Nowadays Therapy Works is one of the strongest leaders in our community; its high reputation has been made of extraordinary professionals providing high quality mental health services to our hispanic / latinx community.
Being part of the Therapy Works team, the first all bilingual group practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, brings forth a multitude of benefits. One of the main advantages of being part of this team is the immense impact we are able to have on the Hispanic/Latino community in the region. With an increasing number of individuals from this community seeking therapy, the ability to provide services in their native language is crucial in ensuring effective and culturally sensitive care. Being bilingual allows us to bridge the language gap that often exists in mental health services, and it grants us the opportunity to better understand and address the unique needs and experiences of our Hispanic/Latin clients.
Moreover, being part of this trailblazing team is a privilege in itself. We take immense pride in being pioneers in the field, breaking barriers, and setting a precedent for future bilingual mental health practices. Through our work, we are not only making a difference in the lives of our clients but also fostering inclusivity and diversity within the mental health industry. By addressing the specific challenges and concerns faced by the Hispanic/Latino community, we are empowering individuals to seek the help they need and deserve, while simultaneously promoting a more inclusive and equitable society.
