REQUIREMENTS:
- Preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, provisional waivers, naturalization, and U Visas.
- Preparing and filing applications with the Immigration Court, with high emphasis on asylum and cancellation of removal applications.
- Submitting supplemental evidence filings with EOIR (Executive Office of Immigration Review) in advance of Individual/Merits Hearings.
- Completing affidavits with clients and drafting motions and applications for filing with the Immigration Court.
EXPERIENCE:
- Immigration Paralegal: 2 years (Required)
SKILLS:
- Excel proficiency
- Spanish fluency
- Technology competency, including Office 365 and matter management tools
- Customer service experience or ease and ability to speak clearly and calmly to clients
- Ability to handle demanding situations and adhere to the moto of going above & beyond to service our clients
