Family law firm seeking paralegal to handle family law, probate, and other general practice matters with at least one year of experience working for a law firm, preferably in the area of Family Law. The position is to manage legal matters for the attorneys mainly in the Montgomery area. Responsibilities include preparation of and filing of legal documents, maintaining domestic relations cases including billing for your time in law practice management software (Clio), managing files, case management, managing clients, and answering telephones. Must have some experience handling domestic relations cases. Experience handling probate matters is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
