Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that information flows smoothly.
Essential Functions:
- Audit records, statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Resolve problems concerning the overall financial integrity of each case. Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data, verifying accuracy of billing data, revising errors, or keeping a record of case expenses and outstanding personal loans.
- Request and follow up to obtain medical status, bills, and records for supplemental demands.
- Request declaration pages, PIP/UM/UIM rejections, releases, and lost wages.
- Run final lien searches for hospital providers, health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, child support, Tricare, VA benefits, workers compensation or others.
- Communicate daily with Managing Attorney and Case Managers using multiple mediums (i.e., e-mail, written reports, one on one presentation, platforms, etc.)
- Prepare, organize, and maintain settlement folder and final settlement package in both electronic and physical files.
- Reconcile and report on overpayments, underpayments, and other irregularities.
- Prepares and print settlement packets as needed.
- Sends W9 as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Knowledge/Licensure:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College, technical school or combination related experience and/or training preferred.

Experience:
- Personal injury experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
