Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated BMW Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with BMW vehicles, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and modifying BMW.
Duties
- Perform vehicle diagnostics using BMW-specific tools and software
- Complete repairs and maintenance work on engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify areas of concern
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and document work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform modifications to BMW
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (BMW experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in BMW diagnostic tools and software
- Knowledge of aftermarket performance parts (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
