What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement individualized ABA programs tailored to each client’s strengths and needs
- Provide caregiver coaching to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Offer supervision, mentorship, and guidance to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and interns
- Analyze session data and documentation to ensure clinical fidelity and effectiveness
- Work closely with families and interdisciplinary staff to monitor goals and adjust strategies
- Lead team meetings that inspire collaboration and clinical growth
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough, timely documentation that meets standards
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
