Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies, ensuring they are effective and making necessary adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges is preferred.
- Proven experience in applying behavioral therapy techniques effectively with children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and maintaining medical records is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $85,223.50 - $102,634.75 per year
