What you will be doing:
- Prepare boat rentals for the day, land boats, safely tie, secure and send boats off
- Assist guests in the rental of boats; safely help load and unload guests from boats. Ensure customers watch safety video, contact is signed, check out equipment, check weather before launch
- Follow all company safety procedures while handling the boat fleet and inform guests of safety expectations in a professional manner
- Fuel boats and enforce dock fueling process
- Use computerized point of sale system
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
