Compensation
- Full-time pay ranges from $16/hr to $18/hr, based on scheduling availability.
- Part-time pay is $14.25/hr. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 22 hours per week.
- $13.75/hr positions are available to those who would like a more limited schedule of 15-17 hours per week.
- We offer a part-time shift differentials of $.50/hr for closing shifts and/or 8 am - 4 pm shifts with 5 days of availability.
- We offer a part-time shift differential of $.25/hr for open availability on Saturdays.
- We offer a $.50 raise for every 1,000 hours worked.
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old to work in the kitchen
- Consistent and reliable
- Ability to multi-task
- Loves serving and helping others
- Detail-oriented
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work in Liberty, Missouri
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low.
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift. Mobility is required
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to lift 35#
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
