**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper with a strong background in accounting and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting our management team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide support during audits and tax filings
- Perform other tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
**Preferred Qualifications:**

- CPA or relevant certification
- Experience in financial analysis or reporting
