Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting needs of the business, along with supporting various human resources and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
- All account management and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain financial records and support budgeting processes
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Handle client accounts: all client monthly invoicing, deposit entries, project entering/receiving, and project details with the team members
- Help with inventory entering and receiving
- Human resources functions such as employee onboarding, ongoing benefits coordination, maintaining employee records, PTO tracking, managing required annual business forms and surveys
- Help with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall team
- Tax preparation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
