We are looking for a Retail Boutique Manager to provide excellent customer service and add their creative spark in our store. We want someone who works well on their own and strives to succeed in a small business environment. Our number one goal is make customers feel welcome, provide a great experience and meet their boutique shopping needs. A positive attitude, strong leadership and multitasking skills are necessary in order to navigate the customer service, inventory, merchandising and day-to-day organization of our store.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and encourage a small team of sales associates
- Set and perform a high standard of customer service
- Organize and maintain an enticing sales floor
- Create dynamic fashion and gift displays
- Keep the shop and storage organized and clean
- Create and maintain a flowing work schedule
- Timely and thorough communication with remote upper management
- Create content and promote the business through multiple social media channels
Skills
- Proven work experience in customer service and/or visual display
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Strong leadership skills - able to share responsibilities, delegate tasks and provide an open and kind work environment.
- Positive attitude
- Creativity, an eye for design and display
- Knowledge of & skills in creative social media content creation and promotion
- Ability to multi-task or to change tasks seamlessly
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
