About Chapel Hats:

What You’ll Do:
- Assist Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Support the manager in creating and maintaining a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience managing a team
- A passion for fashion, style, and all things hats.
- A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Someone who’s ready to think on their feet and bring a little extra fun to their day-to-day work.
- Worked a year or longer at a previous job as a supervisor or manager
- Has high integrity, is organized, experienced in customer service or retail sales
- Works great with a team, always striving to improve the store and sales to the next level

TIME COMMITMENT: 32-40 per week
