Bowling Technician Wanted!

Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain bowling lanes, Brunswick GSX pinsetters, Custodian Lane machine, ball returns, bowling balls, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical components.
- Perform regular service and preventative maintenance procedures on all bowling equipment.
- Clean, repair, and adjust automated scoring equipment.
Parts and Inventory:
- Identify replacement parts and supplies.
- Prepare and submit orders.
- Perform major rebuilds and overhauls of equipment as necessary.
Budget and Planning:
- Participate in planning servicing/maintenance budgets.
- Prepare major improvements and repair programs.
Record Keeping and Training:
- Maintain accurate records of parts, costs, and machine performance.
- Train and oversee hourly pin chaser employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of bowling and pinsetter equipment.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, lubrication equipment, meters, power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems with sophisticated machinery.
- Perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
Working Conditions:
- Spend most time indoors with possible exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for one hour plus.
- Possible exposure to distracting/uncomfortable noise levels.
- Risk of bodily injury from mechanical parts, electricity, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years' experience in maintaining and repairing bowling and pinsetter equipment.
- Completion of Brunswick training program preferred.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending.
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
