Miami Exotic Juice and Produce, LLC is bringing tropical street-style flavor to the local delivery scene — vibrant, delicious, Instagrammable fruit bowls and cold-pressed juices featuring exotic produce like cacao, black sapote, passionfruit, canistel, and more.
We’re launching a bold new delivery-based food concept, and we’re looking for someone to help bring the menu and presentation to life.
What We’re Looking For:
A culinary creative who:
Has experience in commercial kitchens, food trucks, or smoothie/juice bars
- Understands ingredient pairing, flavor balance, and portioning
- Cares about food presentation — beautiful bowls, layered smoothies, eye-catching garnishes
- Is comfortable working with tropical/exotic fruits (or eager to learn)
- Can handle prep in a shared/commissary kitchen setting
- Is clean, organized, and understands basic food safety
Bonus Points If You:
Have a background in vegan or plant-based food
- Have photography or social media skills (optional but amazing!)
- Can help design a small, focused menu of 4–6 signature items
- Speak Spanish or Haitian Creole (not required, but helpful)
- Have experience working with delivery platforms like Uber Eats or DoorDash
Responsibilities
Help create and test 4–6 signature fruit bowls and fresh juices
- Prep and present items to be photographed for Uber Eats/Grubhub menus
- Ensure consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation
- Maintain clean and efficient workspace in shared kitchen
- Potentially assist in regular prep as orders begin flowing in

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
