We’re looking for a driven closer to join our team as a Brand Partnerships & Business Development Executive. If you are a natural sales hunter, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want uncapped earning potential, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Secure Sponsorships & Brand Deals for Talent
- Pitch and close sponsorships, collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
- Create influencer and agency pitch decks
- Build long-term relationships with brands, PR agencies, and marketing teams.
- Close New Clients for Agency Services
- Prospect, pitch, and convert businesses into ongoing social media marketing or digital development clients.
- Manage your pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals.
- Drive Growth
- Represent the agency and influencers professionally in negotiations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maximize opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- A true business generator with proven sales experience (agency, influencer marketing, media sales, or digital services preferred).
- Strong closer — thrives on pitching, negotiating, and landing the deal.
- Independent and self-motivated (this is a commission-only role).
- Excellent communicator with strong networking skills.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
- Earn commission on every brand deal you close for our roster.
- Earn commission in perpetuity in revenue from each agency client you close.
No cap on earnings. You can build passive income from new agency, retainer clients.
We reward closers. The more you bring in, the more you make — no ceiling.
