Location: Vicksburg, MS - Ceres Facility
Position: Breader / Batter Operator -
Shift: 3rd Shift
This position is for 3rd shift but will train on 2nd shift immediately.
Pay Grade: PR04 - $16.95
Shift Pay: $1.00/hr
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate both orally and written
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
- Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
- Must be willing to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas.
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must have 3 months work experience within the past 12 months

Rehire Criteria:
- Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 365 calendar days.
- Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
