Local Building Complex - Building Attendant
Pay: $15
Hours: Building Attendant for local HOA Condos will work apprx 20-24 hours per week. Shift Times will vary / 8 hour shifts / 4 hour shifts / covering business hours 7am-7pm (but mostly afternoon / evening shift)
Essential Functions
- Coordinate duties and responsibilities with the Building Manager.
- Regular standing, walking, frequent kneeling/squatting, bending, pulling/pushing/ twisting.
- Regular lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Proper phone etiquette when answering incoming calls.
- Will be working inside and outside of the property.
- Become familiar with basic knowledge of building maintenance and procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance as needed, including trash removal, sweeping the parking garage, etc.
- Address maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain all common areas and curb appeal.
- Must pay attention to details (i.e., scuff marks on walls, wet spots on floors, carpet stains, etc.)
- Become familiar with company safety protocols.
- Acknowledge and document homeowners’ inquiries.
Applicant Requirements
- Must have clean background.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass drug screening.
