The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, proactive Business Administrator to keep our business running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our company — handling administration, coordinating projects, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Own and execute administrative and operational functions that keep the business running smoothly, while also providing strong, proactive support.
What You’ll Do
- Manage company inboxes and phone calls (fast, no hold times).
- Enter quotes, leads, and client details into Aspire (our CRM).
- Prepare and send invoices; follow up on balances.
- Keep compliance documents (COIs, W-9s, contracts) up to date.
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
- Submit receipts into QuickBooks.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups keeping everything moving.
- Track and report key business metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office management, administration, or business support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-comfortable — MS Office + ability to learn Aspire, QuickBooks, ADP.
- Positive, proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Industry and software experience a big plus!

Pay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
