Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and support Regarding insurances.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for document management and communication.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
- Bilingual is highly preferred but not required
