The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Remote work is an option for applicants with experience in the salesforce ecosystem
Target compensation: $125,000
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelors Degree in a Business-related field or 4-years equivalent experience in SaaS Sales or Lending
- Proven experience in business development or a related sales field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in customer relationship management tools, particularly Salesforce or similar software.
Skills
- A sense of urgency in client management, outreach, and support response.
- Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Residential or Commercial Lending experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and trends for informed decision-making.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
