Job Summary
Copper Falls Hospice is seeking a caring, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing care and education to our community and the patients we serve. The role will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer relationship management, and the ability to build long lasting relationships. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and enhance existing client relationships. *Additional pay for mileage reimbursement also provided*
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Actively seek referrals from community partners such as, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and clinics.
- Create content on social media.
- Identify and analyze market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, such as doctors, hospitals, and discharge planners.
- Provide education to families and healthcare partners about hospice and palliative care.
- Adherence to state and federal regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and project management.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships and quality care.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
