About the Role
Club Z! In-Home Tutoring of West Charlotte is hiring a part-time Business Development Rep to help families find personalized academic support. In this hybrid outreach and advisory role, you’ll promote our services in the community, build partnerships with schools and organizations, and connect families with tutoring solutions.
This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity ideal for someone with a background in education, admissions, counseling, or community outreach.
What You'll Do
- Promote services via school visits, calls, emails, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and community partners
- Generate and document leads in your assigned region
- Report weekly outreach activity and pipeline updates
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Education (teaching, counseling, advising)
- Admissions, enrollment, or family services
- Community outreach or partnership building
- Sales, recruiting, or customer engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with parents, educators, and school administrators
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Reliable transportation for local outreach
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings/weekends
Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor role with performance-based pay:
- Commission for closed enrollments and referrals
- Monthly bonuses for school and community leads
- Flat bi-weekly base pay available after ramp-up
- Estimated earnings: $1,200 to $3,000+ per month, depending on performance
